WHAT COULD I BUY WITH THE SAVINGS DERIVED FROM A CORRECT FUEL MANAGEMENT PRACTICE?

What is the amount of fuel lost due to misappropriation and/or various inefficiencies? The data is astounding (in negative), with values averaging between 4% and 20%.

Let's take an example: in a typical European transport and logistics company, a vehicle dedicated to transporting goods can "cost" around € 40,000/year only for fuel. For an imaginary fleet, that manages about 80 similar vehicles, the annual cost for fuel is approximately € 3.2 Mln.
A conservative estimate, equal to 4% of “lost” fuel, places the losses of our fleet at € 130,000.

FUEL CONTROLLER IS INDUSTRY 4.0 COMPATIBLE

Following a careful sworn report, it is now official: our FUEL CONTROLLER system, the dedicated after market system for the real-time monitoring and accurate management of the fuel tanks content of heavy vehicles (trucks), it is compatible with the requirements provided for the "Industry 4.0" concessions.

This attribution is possible when FUEL CONTROLLER is interconnected to the Fuel Management Platforms.

The goal is to improve the quality of data management and, consequently, the transport service and the resulting greater sustainability.

FUEL CONTROLLER HOW IT WORKS

The current context, where accurate fuel management and control represent a priority in safeguarding costs and the sustainability, Fuel Controller system is the ideal solution.

The fuel measurement takes place along the entire length of the FC level sensor, from the first to the very last mm, without dead spots (as often happens with the original OEM sensors). The FC sensor reads also temperature as well as inclination of fuel inside the tank, so eventual fuel level suspected changes can be better and easier understood.

The acquired data are converted into quality information for the vehicle and for third party telematic systems, which can transfer this data to the land server for processing and consultation.
