In 2008 we launched Kockòn internationally. What is possibly still today the most effective family of devices in the anti-siphon device category of products, and still focus of much R&D effort. Kockòn estasblishes new standards in preventing the theft of diesel from industrial and commercial vehicles, raising once more the bar with the introduction of the new CL2 class product. For historical reasons, in the KOCKON category we have included ZIPPER CLASSIC, the first generation of a new paradigm in fuel caps which today has become an entire product program.

Kockòn 105 Universal: installation

UNPARALLELED PROTECTION KOCKÒN has NO holes or slots, it’s impossible to insert flexible pipes or tubes to syphon the content of the tank. The PROGRESSIVE FLOAT LOCK prevents any access to the fuel located in the upper part of the tank without interfering with refueling operations.

QUICK REFUELLING Due to the specially designed internal geometry, fuel flows free without turbulence, splash-back or overflow.

EASY INSTALLATION KOCKÒN is installed in seconds thanks to the proprietary bayonet and thread systems, no mechanical modifications are required to the tank or tank neck, no screws needed, no rivets, no glue or sealants.

SAFETY As a safety device, ZIPPER guarantees that the fuel tank is always closed when a refueling pistol is not inserted into the tank, therefore replacing the standard fuel cap. The sliding, spring loaded cap quickly returns to it’s closed position as soon as the pistol nozzle is extracted after refueling operations have taken place. This feature ensures there is no spillage of fuel during travel or even in the in-adverted case of the vehicle leaving it’s upright position.

CONTROL CONTROL is delegated to ZIPPER’s on board electronics and intelligent firmware. It is possible for ZIPPER can warn a local or remote operator of any operations involving opening, closing or refueling, the characteristics of which could indicate un-authorised tampering or fuel theft activities. Such benefits are achieved by interfacing ZIPPER as a periferal device to the on board telematics hardware. These functions need to be specifically addressed through a simple integration process.

USES ORIGINAL CAP The majority of original vehicle caps are compatible with the appropriate device from the Kockon Classic range. Few exceptions do exist, in which case compatible replacement caps are available in the Genesis Spare parts range.
