At time of installation or after, our Kockòn Mach II base units can be promptly customized or updated to comply with some very specific performance options which stem from evolving operational needs or from the technological infrastructure which is present on the vehicle itself. On the other hand, one can choose to purchase a ready to use, highly specialized solution from the onset. Matching of Kockòn base units with the individual upgrade options has been made easy and effective through quick locking technology which does not require special tools or skills.

SAFETY As a safety device, ZIPPER guarantees that the fuel tank is always closed when a refueling pistol is not inserted into the tank, therefore replacing the standard fuel cap. The sliding, spring loaded cap quickly returns to it’s closed position as soon as the pistol nozzle is extracted after refueling operations have taken place. This feature ensures there is no spillage of fuel during travel or even in the in-adverted case of the vehicle leaving it’s upright position.
TRANSFORM-ABLE UPGRADE READY CAPABILITY Upgrade Ready and Transform-ABLE means that Kockon tank neck mounted mechanical devices are made to be matched with innovative complements, either when first installed or later, as the Genesis technology broadens it’s scope.
INTEGRATION ZIPPER adopts radio transmission protocols that conform with industrial standards. This feature allows for its integration with other management and security systems. Paired with a GPRS/GPS control unit, any unauthorised opening of the tank results in an alarm signal, sent either to an actual alarm, if connected, as a text message or to an operational support centre.
